Arrowhead Push [Formation]

Name: Arrowhead Push
Description: The team calls a play then gather together in a shape of a arrow flying and gaining speed. All present making sure whoever is in possession gets to where there going through force in the air.
What is does: Chasers and beaters gain a +2 to their roll scores extra +1 for tackling scores, for the duration but all players involved lose this gain the 2nd turn expect the ball carrier. Also The team can pass through 2 sections in one turn but all players must commit to gain formation perks. Gains are in effect once this formation is called starting the first turn.
Cost: 10QP 
Drain: -10 Stamina
Requirements: Only captains can purchase for their team
Cooldown: 3 turns starting form after the last chaser turn
